Stage-3, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 are single plate units that use a Hydraulic Release Bearing that slides over your gearbox input sleave.

Stage-8, 9, 10 are “Twin Plate” setups using a Hydraulic Release Bearing that slides over your gearbox input sleave.
